The tapering V shaped edges of the board aid with lifting easily whilst also creating a narrow edge for the board to stand and dry when cleaned, keeping the edges in better condition, longer.

• Care: Oak is naturally antibacterial so it is ideal for preparing food. Clean after use – on both sides. Use a liquid dish soap and hot water. If you want to keep your Cutting Board for many years, please don’t put it in the dishwasher. Oak is a natural material and wood fibres may lift after the first use. These will disappear over time or you can remove them instantly by using fine grain sandpaper in the direction of the wood grain.
